Our founder Miss Lovely is a certified Instructor from Yoga Certification Board, Govt. of India. She have been teaching students, conducting online and offline workshops all over India from past 5 years. Her area of expertise is Meditation and Pranayama.

Apart from yoga instructor she is further pursuing her studies in Ayuerveda, Nutrition and Mental wellbeing from India's premier Yoga institutes.
